Abstract:  This research shows the peaceful methods of resolving disputes according to the Quran approach. Therefore, the title of the research was “Solving International Disputes by Peaceful Means from a Quran Perspective.” The Holy Quran has several ways, including dialogue, negotiation, arbitration, reconciliation, Quran and Sunnah Peace is the origin of the relations between states. Fighting and war is an exceptional necessity for a limited time other than peace. It compared the Quran approach with the general international legal approach to the peaceful resolution of disputes and then the Quran application of these peaceful methods by the prophets and kings.
