Mr. Ibrahim Nisanci, lecturer in ELT Department, gave a seminar on how  to  create an  effective classroom managment.He mostly  made stress about “what should be done before the class”.He also mentioned the “Bloom`s taxonomiy ” to underline  the students understanding levels which have a really big importance on preparing the lesson.Second and third grade students participated by their written opinions.
