Abstract: Discussing and analyzing the legality of international intervention; under the pretext of protecting the human rights, into unstable and unsafe countries.
Outcomes and Conclusions:There were different ideas and suggestion between the speaker and the audience. After discussing the issue back and forth, they have reached the followings:
- There is a need for scientific and legal studies with respect to the international intervention to protect human rights.
- The international community tends to legitimize the intervention on the grounds protecting human rights.
